Evan Shields, CEO is an experienced Management Consultant with a diverse skill set ranging from sales/marketing to IT strategy.  He has designed enterprise data strategy, introduced a universal data hub, enhanced data governance, and analyzed data patterns to identify trends for the IRS and has an extensive consulting background including multiple years at Booz Allen Hamilton, a Global Consulting firm with expertise in strategy, digital transformation, analytics, and cyber security. He harnesses the power of psychological principles, data science, and deep customer empathy to craft solutions that make demonstrable, scalable, and sustainable business value. Evan received a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Maryland, Smith School of Business and a Bachelors of Arts- Communications and Psychology from the University of Rhode Island.

Chris Kootin, CTO is a highly experienced business development and IT professional with a background in data architecture, sales development, and supply chain management. He is adept in utilizing technology to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency. While at Intel, the largest semiconductor manufacturer in the world, he managed automated reporting solutions, a $2 million Microsoft Azure program, and a new supply chain network for a $120M Graphics Processor business. Chris received a Masters of Business Administration  from the University of Maryland, focusing on Supply Chain and Operations Management and a Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati.
